Vigogo is provided by Fastex ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Vigogo, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You must be at least 13 years old to play Vigogo. If you are under the age of 18, you declare that you have the consent of your parent or legal guardian to use the app.

3. Account Creation and Responsibility

· Upload or transmit any content that is offensive, inflammatory, illegal, or harmful.

· Harass, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other players.

· Cheat, use exploits, or otherwise interfere with the game operation.

11. In-App Purchases

12. In-Game Gifts and Rewards

Vigogo offers the opportunity for users to receive in-game gifts and rewards by using the camera feature at designated locations within the game. These locations are determined by Fastex and may change or be updated at any time without notice.

12.1 No Guarantee of Gifts

While Vigogo aims to enhance your gaming experience through in-game gifts and rewards, we do not guarantee that users will receive a gift at any location or time. The availability of in-game gifts is subject to change and may be influenced by various factors including, but not limited to, technical issues, game updates, or changes in game policies.

12.2 Right to Withhold Gifts

Fastex reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to withhold in-game gifts or rewards at any time. This may include situations where we detect fraud, misuse of the game features, or any other actions that violate these Terms.

12.3 Acceptance of Gifts

By accepting any in-game gifts or rewards, you agree that they are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. You further acknowledge that Fastex is not liable for any loss or disappointment resulting from the non-receipt of an in-game gift.

13. Dispute Resolution and No Class Action

13.1 Individual Dispute Resolution

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms, the use of Vigogo, or the services provided by Fastex that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation will be submitted to binding arbitration on an individual basis. Arbitration will be conducted in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC). By agreeing to these Terms, you waive the right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class action or representative action with respect to a claim.

13.2 No Class or Representative Actions

You and Fastex agree that any claims relating to these Terms, the use of Vigogo, or the services provided by Fastex will be brought against each other on an individual basis only. Neither you nor Fastex will seek to have any dispute heard as a class action, private attorney general action, or in any other proceeding in which either party acts or proposes to act in a representative capacity. No arbitration or proceeding will be combined with another without the prior written consent of all parties to all affected arbitrations or proceedings.
